Often times, prospects before turning into customers want to know and be clarified on our Warranty policy in case something gets defective / broken and is not a result of the direct cause or negligence of the user. With this often the case, we assure our customers on the need to be cautious and always call our customer care lines first if they should notice anything unusual with our systems.
As a policy and a guarantee of quality and our desire to use only the best equipment, we provide the below warranty for the stated equipment;
SOLAR PANELS – 25 YEARS
INVERTER – 3 YEARS
DEEP CYCLE BATTERIES – 24 MONTHS (2 Years)
It is interesting to note that with other project developers and companies, the warranty on batteries is not more than a year. Same also applies to inverter.
How the Warranty Works
So, from experience we’ve had few situations where very strong winds blew a solar panel from the roof where it was mounted and shattered on the ground. Others had to do with power outage resulting in the inverter shutting down after a massive storm. With these being the case, all a customer had to do was pick up their phones, dial our dedicated customer care lines and within a 24 hour period, we’ll send one of our Engineers to come over, inspect and access the level of damage and the likely cause after his proper investigation. Once this is established to be an act of nature, manufacturer’s default or not arising from the user’s negligence, he reports back to the office with his paper works and a replacement is scheduled following communications with customer.
This ensures that our customers continue to be happy, while we offer our services happily.
