On the 7th of December 2017, Africa Stood still and held its breath. All roads led to sharm-el sheikh in Egypt where the Young Entrepreneur’s Day and Africa Business 2017 forum was holding.
A total of 1,500 delegates from 105 countries representing a wide range of sectors and industries came together to network and grace the event. The forum kicked of with a good start. During the 3 days of the summit, it hosted 6 heads of states and various senior officials all showing their engagement to strengthen the intra-africa trade and cooperation and also recognizing the importance of the private sector ‘.
As part of the agenda of the forum, a presentation was held to encourage entrepreneurship among the youthful population of Africa through an information session and interaction with top dignitaries and captains of industry. Nigeria’s own Tony Elumelu (Chairman of Heirs Holding) gave a keynote address on entrepreneurship, and the way forward for the continent.
As a mark of trailblazing and pro-activeness, Solynta Energy was there to contribute its own quota of experience,and support to the forum .Representing is its distinguished Sales Director, Mr Mitchell Okpu.
Also the Chairman of Firstbank , Mrs ibukun Awosika was present at the event.

The Event Lasted for approximately 3 days and had over hundred speakers and and 27 panels moderating on the discussions.
